Your data is stored securely on password-protected systems. We use Checkfront as our primary booking operator, which employs industry-standard encryption. Physical records, such as signed indemnity forms, are kept in a locked, secure facility at the lodge. We retain your information for a period of 7 years as required by the Income Tax Act, after which it is securely destroyed.
