Kosi Bay Reservations

Some additional information and things to pack:

• Medical aid card and contact numbers
• Ponta Do Ouro visit: your passport and vehicle registration document is required (non-South Africans need a Mozambique visa which is available at the border). Children require unabridged birth certificates for RSA residents only
• Provisions: almost all you need is available in Manguzi (20km away), except delicacies
• Torch, lamp, tyre pump and pressure gauge
• Water is from a borehole and is drinkable from a tap. Filtered water is available in the kitchen
• Casual cool clothing and something warm for the cooler months
• Windbreaker, swimsuit, sarong, hat, beach umbrella, beach towels, chairs
• Sunscreen, mosquito repellent, toiletries, first aid kit, special medication
• Binoculars, camera and bird book
• Diving (Ponta do Oura or Rocktail Bay), snorkelling and fishing gear (we do have snorkelling gear for hire)
