Zilonde Eco Camp near Kosi Bay Mouth is a true bush experience and it is safe and secure.
The camp is surrounded by grasslands and gently rolling hills on the border with iSimangaliso Wetland Park.
It is located 3 km from Utshwayelo Lodge & Camp and the entrance to the Kosi Bay Mouth beach road.
4×4 vehicles ( or 2×4 with difflock) and off road trailers or caravans are recommended to reach the camp as you will be travelling on windy sandy roads.
Each campsite is shaded by beautiful trees and spread far apart. Sites have close access to drinking water and electricity points. The camp has 3 built ablutions blocks with hot showers at night and flushing toilets
A large viewing deck will spoil you with gorgeous views of Lake Zilonde and the bordering Isimangaliso Wetland Park, or take a short stroll to the Zilonde Lookout point
There is a large swimming pool for cooling off and relaxing around in the afternoons.
The rate is min R800 per campsite per night (including up to 4 people) additional adults are R200/night & kids under 12 yo are R100 per night
Lake Zilonde Eco Camp is open over April or Eatser Holidays, July School Holidays and December Holidays.
